Child is in madrasah already, can I still join?
Yes, absolutely. Kiitab App can be used as a standalone madrasah solution or a supplement to those already attending a local madrasah.
Do you use AI for mark the work?
No, we believe in preserving the sacred tradition of learning Quran from one human heart to the other. We only use AI to check for audio quality issues to ensure that any background noise or errors do not get passed through to teachers.
How would you assess what level my child is at before they start?
Each student takes an onboarding test, which is assessed by teachers to determine which level they should start at. Mentors may suggest a change of the start level if they feel it’s appropriate for the student.
Can I use the app on my iPad?
Yes. However since Kiitab app is still relatively new, we have optimised it for phones and in future releases we aim to optimise it for the iPad, in-sha-Allah.
How long does it take for teachers to give feedback?
They’re very quick! Typically, teachers reply within a minute, but the response time does vary according to the time of day.
